As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), we will embark on a supportive therapeutic journey that embodies everything you need from a therapist. In both individual or group settings, we will employ evidence-based practices designed to help you overcome a variety of psychological challenges including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, life transitions, addiction, suicidal ideation, childhood and life-trauma, grief, postpartum depression and anxiety, work-life balance, exposure therapy, setting and implementing healthy boundaries and how to manage the stresses of everyday life.
